Honoring Visionaries who Inspire Change – Empowering Rural Youth through Corporate Partnerships

Bridging Opportunities for Students from Rural India

In an inspiring collaboration, The Kalgidhar Society recently engaged with Mr. Ajay Kaushik, Founder of Panacea Infosec, to create meaningful internship and placement opportunities for students from Eternal University, Baru Sahib, and Akal University, Talwandi Sabo. These students, many from humble rural backgrounds, now have access to life-changing opportunities thanks to this partnership.

Honoring Visionaries Who Inspire Change

To express gratitude, the team presented Mr. Kaushik with a book on Baba Iqbal Singh Ji, whose vision continues to guide rural education and empowerment efforts. Mr. Kaushik’s gracious response and his commitment to continue this association exemplify how corporate leaders can drive positive social impact.

Beyond Jobs – Building a Sustainable Future

The meeting also included thoughtful discussions on sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, and the broader social impact projects of The Kalgidhar Society. Such collaborations pave the way for long-term rural transformation and upliftment.

Recognizing the Team Behind the Effort

The event also acknowledged the invaluable mentorship of Mr. Kaushik’s team — Ms. Pragya Kaushik, Mr. Arun Kumaarr, Mr. Kishore Gautam, and Mr. Rajat Agarwal — who continue to guide and support students in their professional journeys.
