It has been three long years since I passed my 12th from Akal Academy Gomti in Uttar Pradesh. This institution transformed my life, and its glory and morals continue to shine within me. The memories remain etched in my heart as the most magnificent time of my career and life.

My name is Ravinder Singh, and I belong to a small village named Barohi in district Puranpur, Uttar Pradesh. The day I joined Akal Academy marked the most fortunate turning point in my life.

Each morning, I would see my father working tirelessly on the farms under the scorching sun. Despite his hardships, he would wave goodbye with a smile, encouraging me to focus on my education. This sight often left me contemplating his sacrifices and fueled my determination to secure a brighter future for our family.

 Embracing ‘Simple Living, High Thinking’

Akal Academy Gomti instilled profound spiritual and divine values in me. I still recall the inspiring quote by Shiromani Panth Rattan Baba Iqbal Singh Ji: “Simple Living and High Thinking.” This mantra guided me toward a life of selflessness and service over material pursuits.

A Selfless Mission to Support My Family

After completing my B.Com from Swami Educational College, I realized my ultimate goal was to support my parents and relieve them of their struggles. Inspired by the teachings at Akal Academy, I decided to take over my father’s responsibilities and give him the restful life he deserves.

Today, my father no longer has to toil in the fields. I have taken his place, and my parents are now enjoying a more comfortable life. Akal Academy’s teachings have helped me achieve my dreams while embracing the priceless value of happiness over wealth.
