In a heartfelt effort to nurture spirituality among the youth, Akal Academy, Theh Kalandhar participated in a grand Gurmat Samagam organized at Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Fazilka. The sacred event became a powerful platform where devotion met discipline, and faith took the form of rhymes, poetry, and religious recitations.
Nurturing the Soul Through Competition
The Samagam was a religious observance of celebration of culture and character-building. A series of contests including poem recitation, religious lectures, and Q&A rounds were conducted with a clear mission to cultivate strong moral values and connect the youth deeply with their roots.

Students from Kindergarten to Grade V performed heartfelt Shabad Kirtan and soul-stirring religious rhymes that moved the audience. With innocent expressions and steady voices, these young souls conveyed powerful messages of truth, compassion, and the teachings of the Gurus reminding everyone that wisdom isn’t bound by age.
A Call to Preserve and Practice
The organizers passionately urged the youth to rise above distractions and bad influences, and to walk the path of Guru’s teachings. “Let us live our Faith,” was the resonating call that lingered in the air long after the Samagam ended.
