The Academy honored him with a special ceremony that celebrated not only his stellar achievement but also the values of discipline, hard work, and devotion he carried from his school days into the Indian Army.
From Nursery to National Duty
Lieutenant Shivinder Singh’s journey began within the nurturing walls of Akal Academy, Bhadaur, where he studied from Nursery to Class XII, securing the 1st position every year. Alongside academics, he actively participated in sports, consistently earning accolades that foreshadowed his bright future. His time at the Academy instilled in him a vision to serve the nation.

The celebration began with Shivinder and his family paying respects at the Gurdwara Sahib nestled in the Academy grounds. It was a moment steeped in gratitude and reverence.
