In alignment with Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s transformative Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Akal Academy Gomtipul took a decisive step on November 27, 2014, to contribute actively to the mission of a cleaner India. This campaign was a celebration of civic duty and national pride.
From Campus to Community – The Rally Begins
Led by Principal Mrs. Pawan Sahni, a spirited rally commenced at 9:30 a.m. from the school grounds toward Parsadpur village. With 84 energetic students and 8 dedicated teachers, the procession was not just seen it was felt. Voices rang out in unison, carrying slogans of hygiene, sustainability, and cleanliness.
Slogans That Stirred Hearts
“Reuse, Reduce, Recycle!”
“Cleanliness is next to Godliness!”
“Clean Nation, Green Nation!”
These slogans were mantras for change, echoing through streets and stirring curiosity and admiration among locals.
Touching Lives Along the Way
The rally visited the primary school in Parsadpur, where younger children watched wide-eyed as Akal Academy students spoke about hygiene and sanitation. They didn’t just deliver messages they left lasting impressions, inspiring even the youngest minds.
Reaching the Railway Station
The final destination of the rally was Parsadpur Railway Station, where passengers and bystanders were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by students raising awareness about public cleanliness. The response is very Overwhelming appreciation and a sense of shared responsibility. Many paused to listen, some applauded, and others pledged to do their part.
Real Change, Rooted in Values
This rally was a one-day event that ripple in a movement of rural transformation that Akal Academies champion with heart and soul. Through such community outreach programs, students were learning great lessons.
Lessons Beyond the Classroom
Students gained firsthand experience in communication, teamwork, civic awareness, and social responsibility. They learned that change doesn’t always need a big budget or high-tech tools sometimes, it just needs young voices and willing hearts.
