The day’s highlight was an impactful drama where students took on roles that represented different faces of our society. Through powerful storytelling, they shed light on the harsh realities of female feticide, the dowry system, and other social evils that still haunt rural communities.

Zonal Director Mr. H.S Anand praised the initiative and encouraged families to cherish and support their daughters.
Dr. Khushwant Singh, Registrar of Akal University, delivered an inspiring speech on “The Importance of Daughters in Today’s Critical Times”, connecting women’s empowerment directly to rural progress and national transformation.

An all-girls play showcased daughters in multiple roles as mothers, sisters, wives, and also as doctors, engineers, teachers, pilots, and judges. This visual message reminded everyone that girls are equally capable, versatile, and pivotal to shaping the future.
The event also featured heartfelt poem recitations that celebrated the beauty, strength, and intelligence of daughters.
