The Beginning – A Campus That Became My Compass
On May 4, 2025, I stood at the heart of Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, dressed in my graduation robe, heart brimming with emotion. My journey through the 2022–2024 MBA batch at Akal Business School was more than a series of classes or case studies. It was a life changing pilgrimage of learning, self-discovery, and spiritual grounding, set against the backdrop of one of the most sacred places on Earth Guru Ki Kashi.
The Sacred Advantage – More Than Just a University
Akal University was never just an academic institution to me it was a sanctuary. Its unique blend of academic rigor, spiritual energy, and value-based education shaped not just my mind but my soul. Even in moments of doubt or struggle, I felt divinely protected watched over by the holy land itself. The environment here cultivates nurtures purpose-driven leaders.

Behind every student’s success is a community of mentors and supporters. For me, four individuals lit the way and walked beside me on this transformative path:
- Amanjeet Singh Bhandari — My mentor, my compass. Your wisdom and guidance helped me navigate every high and low. Your support created a ripple effect that changed lives, mine included.
- Somendra Pant — A true pillar of dedication. From the very first day, your commitment to our learning experience fueled our drive. You made excellence feel achievable.
- Harmeet Singh — Thank you for constantly motivating us to stretch beyond our limits and preparing us for success in both academics and placements.
- Sheikh Basharul Islam — Your patience, belief in our potential, and academic mentorship gave us the confidence to excel. Your presence was a true blessing throughout the program.
From Classroom Concepts to Corporate Code
I am humbled and proud to share that for the past year, I’ve been working as a Machine Learning Engineer at BJS Home Delivery. Every day at work is a testament to the knowledge and values instilled in me during my MBA. This role has allowed me to apply advanced data techniques to solve real-world problems an opportunity I wouldn’t have achieved without the foundation laid at Akal Business School.
