Leaders Are Not Born – They Are Nurtured
At Akal Academy Group of Schools, we believe leadership is not a lesson taught in a single day. It is a journey shaped over years through guidance, example, and trust. This belief came alive in a powerful way when 47 students from Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, returned to Akal Academy Dadehar Sahib not as learners, but as mentors.
This was more than a visit. It was a living reminder that mentorship plants seeds that grow into purpose.
When the Past Meets the Future -The Alumni arrive for Mentoring
From primary classrooms to senior grades, students witnessed something truly special young mentors who once walked the same corridors now standing with confidence, sharing knowledge, and lighting the way forward.
The connection was instant, The inspiration was real.
Each group of mentors brought learning to life in its own unique way:-
- CSE Mentors – Making Technology Playful:-
Coding, logic, and digital thinking transformed into curiosity-driven fun, showing students that technology can be exciting and accessible.
- Physiotherapy Mentors – Turning Wellness into a Way of Life:-
Health and movement were no longer just topics they became daily habits, taught with care and understanding.
- Alumni & Senior Students – Living Proof of Possibility:-
By simply sharing their journeys, these mentors showed what the future can look like when dreams are nurtured early.
Mentorship Is Our Culture
At Akal Academy, mentorship is not an occasional event, it is a culture. We build environments where students:-
• Learn to ask better questions.
• Dream bigger dreams.
• See role models who were once exactly where they are.
This continuity of guidance creates belief, confidence, and purpose.
When Students Believe, They Become Leaders
When children are mentored by those who were once just like them, something extraordinary happens.
They don’t just learn, they believe and belief is where leadership begins.
At Akal Academy, every mentor, every moment, and every message helps shape the leaders of tomorrow one inspired student at a time.
