Early Life and Education at Baru Sahib
Born into a modest farming family, Ravinder grew up understanding the challenges of financial instability. His father, a farmer, was the sole breadwinner, while his mother and younger sister nurtured dreams of seeing him rise to great heights.
In 1991, Ravinder joined Akal Academy Baru Sahib, where he was introduced to spiritual values and the importance of hard work. These formative years instilled in him a sense of discipline and clarity about his future goals.
Aiming High in Agriculture
After completing his 11th grade at Baru Sahib, Ravinder moved to Mahindra College to pursue a B.Sc. in Agriculture. His vision to excel in the agricultural field became more defined as he delved deeper into the subject. The four-year course equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to turn his aspirations into reality.
Ravinder then pursued an M.Sc. in Agriculture, further solidifying his expertise. This dedication opened doors to his first major role as an Agriculture Officer at Canara Bank in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. His commitment and performance during his two years there led to another opportunity with Axis Bank’s agriculture department, where he continued to grow and gather experience.

Today, Ravinder Singh works as a Field Officer at Markfed Punjab in Chandigarh, a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence. His journey from the son of a farmer to a respected professional in the agriculture sector is nothing short of inspiring.
