My Internship Journey with The Kalgidhar Trust
It was a great experience to be a part of The Kalgidhar Trust. As a CSR Executive Intern, I was assigned the task of maintaining data about CSR companies in different districts of Punjab and creating Power BI dashboards for analysis.
Over the course of my internship, I also worked on data cleaning in Excel, which helped me sharpen my skills and gain practical, hands-on experience in both tools.
One of the highlights of my internship was the opportunity to attend the FICCI CSR Event in Delhi. It gave me exposure to the CSR ecosystem at a national level and allowed me to build valuable connections with professionals managing CSR initiatives in leading companies.
The office environment at the Trust was very welcoming, it felt like being part of a family, working alongside like-minded people.
I am really grateful for being part of the Trust, as my learning experience was excellent. I was given the time and space to learn the skills required for my data analysis career, and these two months have truly strengthened my confidence and abilities.
