Under the guidance of The Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib, the students and staff of Akal Academy, Kauriwada organized a transformative Anti-Drug Awareness Rally a rally that carried not just messages, but hope. With the mission to educate society and protect youth from the dark trap of drugs, the rally began with energy, empathy, and determination.
A Rally Flagged Off With Purpose
- At Akal Academy Kauriwada – The movement officially began when Mrs. Baljit Kaur Bhullar, Principal of the Academy, waved the green flag a symbol of action, courage, and responsibility.
- In Village Sadhuwala – Here, the rally was warmly welcomed and flagged off by the village Sarpanch, Dharmapal Singh, showing complete support from the local leadership.
- In Village Phusmandi – The rally continued with equal enthusiasm, inaugurated by Sarpanch Data Ram, along with Smt. Veerpal Kaur, Head Teacher of Government Primary School Phusmandi.
Teachers and students from the government school also joined hands, turning the rally into a unified community effort.
A Message That Echoed in Every Street
As students walked through Sadhuwala and Phusmandi, their slogans weren’t just words, they were reminders, warnings, and a call to protect the future of the youth.
Villagers stepped out, listened, supported, and stood in solidarity. The response was overwhelming, proving one truth that when children take the lead, society pays attention.
