Before the drill began, the campus buzzed with anticipation. Teachers and students were divided into essential task forces, each with a critical role to play:-
• Fire Alarm Team
• Search & Rescue Unit
• Evacuation Team
• Site Safety Monitors
• Transportation Crew
• Media Management Team
This multi-team structure taught students coordination, leadership, and the importance of quick, clear communication skills that are invaluable in any crisis.

Real Tools, Real Learning

Mr. Pardeep Singh (PET) kickstarted the drill by training students on how to safely operate fire extinguishers. He also explained how to identify which type of extinguisher to use an essential detail that can save lives during emergencies. Mr. Ashok Singh Guleria elevated the learning experience by demonstrating practical rescue techniques. Students observed how to improvise during crisis conditions and evacuate affected individuals without panic. His demonstration brought theoretical safety education to life with real-time simulation and methodical clarity.

Leadership that Empowers

Principal Mrs. Simran Kaur Thind praised the collective effort of staff and students.
Awareness is the first step to safety. Today, the students learn how to led. They proved that preparedness is about discipline and dedication. Special appreciation was extended to teachers Mr. Gurmukh Singh, Mr. Dineshwar Dutt, Mr. Sudhir, and Mr. Phillip Xavier, whose coordination and commitment ensured the activity’s success.

Why This Drill Matters?

This school event was a life skill workshop in action. By experiencing realistic fire scenarios and understanding their roles, students now carry the knowledge and confidence to act wisely during actual emergencies.
They learned:-

• How to remain calm under pressure
• The role of communication and collaboration in crisis management
