Amarpreet Kaur, born in Kajri, a remote village in Pilibhit district of Uttar Pradesh, exemplifies the power of education and determination. Her father, a farmer with limited opportunities, envisioned a brighter future for her beyond the constraints of rural life. Akal Academy Kajri became the beacon of hope that transformed his dream into reality.

Shining in Academics and Beyond

From her early schooling, Amarpreet excelled in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities. She brought laurels to her school and pride to her family through her achievements at inter-school competitions and CBSE national-level events. Her perseverance and resilience earned her an appreciation letter from Smriti Irani, the then Minister of Human Resource Development, for her outstanding Class XII performance in 2014.

Pursuing Dreams in Canada

Currently enrolled at Sheridan College, Ontario, Amarpreet is studying Information Technology Support Services. Her program encompasses network design, customer service, operating systems, website development, and database management. Balancing a rigorous 9-hour study schedule with a 5-hour part-time job, she is steadfastly working towards her dream of becoming a software programmer.
