The Humble Beginning (1986)
In 1986, Baba Iqbal Singh Ji laid the foundation of Akal Academy Baru Sahib with just five children in a small thatched classroom. His vision was to provide quality education to rural children and transform their futures.
The Growth Phase (2004)
By 2004, The Kalgidhar Society had expanded to 22 Akal Academies across northern India, including Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Delhi. These institutions were nurturing students for successful careers and competitive exams.
A Revolutionary Expansion (2025)
Fast forward to 2025, and this vision has turned into a massive educational movement with 130 Akal Academies, empowering thousands of rural students. Many alumni from humble backgrounds have gone on to become toppers, achievers, and leaders in society.
